This Bible version, Reina Valera 1960 or RVR60, is the one I recommend the most for anyone seeking to study the Bible in the Spanish language. I own the same in the NKJV,the New King James Version in English. Pastor John MacArthur does a superb job in the commentary, and he is very helpful to expand the understanding of the Word of God.

I bought the Bible for my husband. We had one before and gave it away...you know when the Holy Spirit talks, you just have to obey. In any case, my husband likes to use several types of study tools and he really missed the John MaCarthur study Bible. He is very glad I ordered it and it is a great help.

If you are looking for an excellent Reformed Christian Bible MacArthur Bibles are the way to go. HOWEVER, be aware the the words of Christ ARE NOT in red, and to read The Reina-Valera version (equivalent to KJV) you have to be NATIVE Spanish language speaker. Otherwise I recommend you lok for Nueva Version Internacional (NIV equivalent) or La Biblia de Las Americas (NASB equivalent) which are easier to read.
